Ytmp4 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before using the ytmp4 platform. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated below. These terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the ytmp4 platform.
These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any service provided by ytmp4, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are located in a jurisdiction that permits the use of such a platform, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document along with all related policies displayed on the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the ytmp4 platform. ytmp4 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be displayed on the platform, and continued use following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. These terms form a binding agreement between the user and ytmp4 governing platform usage, financial transactions, and all activities conducted through a registered account.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account at ytmp4. Any attempt to create multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other dishonest intent will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all related balances and transactions.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. ytmp4 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of identification documents and proof of address — particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when account activity reaches certain thresholds.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. ytmp4 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to maintain account security. If you suspect any suspicious activity on your account, contact customer support immediately.
Users are prohibited from using the ytmp4 platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any criminal activity. ytmp4 cooperates with relevant authorities and reserves the right to report any suspicious activity.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on ytmp4 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local deposit methods, including online bank transfers via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and approved e-wallets. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance shortly after the transaction is confirmed.
Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as the ytmp4 account. ytmp4 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times are subject to identity verification, bonus rollover requirements (where applicable), and the platform's internal security policies.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the chosen payment method and the user's VIP tier. Any transaction fees charged by payment service providers are the user's responsibility. ytmp4 reserves the right to hold or delay processing of any transaction deemed suspicious pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users agree that all deposits made are final and non-reversible once credited to the account balance, except in exceptional circumstances approved by ytmp4. Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Account Policies
Users are prohibited from using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tools to access, exploit, or interfere with the ytmp4 platform's functions. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, hack the system, or exploit technical errors for unlawful financial gain is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Ytmp4 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any terms set out in this document
- False or inaccurate registration information
- Fraudulent activity or attempts at money laundering
- Holding multiple accounts
- Abuse of platform bonuses or promotions
- Requests from authorised regulatory bodies
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, ytmp4 reserves the right to withhold any account balance associated with the violating activity. For closures not involving a breach, any valid balance will be returned to the user subject to investigation and successful identity verification.
Users are also prohibited from using the platform to distribute harmful content, launch cyberattacks, or disrupt other users' experience in any way.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Ytmp4 provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly, ytmp4 does not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption, free from errors, or suited to any particular user's purpose. ytmp4 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
All content on the ytmp4 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, and user interfaces — is the intellectual property of ytmp4 or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Users are not permitted to reuse, copy, distribute, or modify any such content without prior written consent from ytmp4.
The ytmp4 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ytmp4 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of such third-party services.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ytmp4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of these terms. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the bottom of this page indicates when the terms were last revised.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be settled through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
